Referrals
Any individual who is living with HIV/AIDS can be referred to our supportive housing program or representative payee services. We do not discriminate against applicants on the bases of race, creed, color, sexual orientation, national origin, sex, or ability to pay. An HIV diagnosis is our ONLY eligibility criteria.
Please take the following steps to refer a client to our housing and/or representative payee program:

- Download the referral form
- Complete the referral and release of information with the applicant
- Scan and email to reppayee@opendoorhousing.org
- A member of our team will reach out to discuss eligibility and gather additional information
